Welcome to the EduFarm Wiki!

The agricultural transition will only succeed if we stop keeping knowledge to ourselves and start sharing it radically. This wiki serves as the knowledge base for EduFarm, located in Melchow (near Berlin), Germany. We document our decisions, processes, methods, and data here both for internal and external use, so that other farming projects can benefit from our journey. For topics we’ve investigated particularly intensively, we also share detailed 'Deep Dive' articles.

Our Goal: To accelerate the spread of important practical knowledge and help others avoid common pitfalls.

📂 What to expect here:

  • Site & Data: Detailed information on our (sandy) [Soil], [Climate] and [Site Plan].
  • Practice & Hardware: [Regenerative Techniques] we use, detailed [Crop Guides] and our [Tool Wiki] for machinery and hand tools.
  • Farm Management: [Process Descriptions] and our [Network & Contacts] for companies and consultants we can recommend.
  • Farm Management: [Process Descriptions] and our [Network & Contacts] for companies and consultants we can recommend.
  • Glossary: Brief definitions of important agricultural terms we use throughout our material.

💬 Join the Conversation

Knowledge is not a one-way street! We don’t have all the answers and we learn something new every day. We highly value your input:

  • Ask Questions: Use the "Discussion" tab (at the top left of every page) to ask for clarifications.
  • Share Experience: Have you tried methods we write about and achieved different results? Let us know in the discussion section.
  • Spot Errors: Help us maintain high quality – constructive criticism is more than welcome!

Please note: Currently, we primarily maintain the core content ourselves. However, your questions and input directly guide what we decide to write about next.
